Who this applies to
Residents, staff, volunteers, partner organizations, and members of the community may raise a grievance about a decision, interaction, or condition related to Rise Above Recovery's programs, housing, or staff conduct.
Our commitment
- Every grievance is taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and handled with respect and confidentiality.
- No one will face retaliation for raising a good-faith concern.
- Residents may raise a grievance verbally or in writing, and may request support in doing so.
General process
- Submit your concern to a staff member, house manager, or directly to leadership using the contact information below.
- A staff member will acknowledge your concern and gather relevant information.
- You will receive a response within a reasonable timeframe outlined in our internal policy.
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request review by senior leadership or the Board of Directors.
