Program Director

Oversees daily program operations, life skills programming, and staff supervision to ensure residents receive consistent, trauma-informed support.

  • Experience in substance use recovery services or case management
  • Familiarity with Iowa Code 641-155 certified housing standards a plus
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Compensation and schedule will be discussed with qualified candidates.

House Manager

On-site presence ensuring house rules, safety, and daily structure are maintained; a steady, supportive point of contact for residents.

  • Experience in recovery housing, peer support, or related field
  • Lived recovery experience welcomed and valued
  • Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
