Our commitment

Fair Housing Act compliance

Our sober living housing operates in compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act. Individuals in recovery from substance use disorder are a protected class under the Fair Housing Act, and we are committed to ensuring equal access to safe, supportive recovery housing.

ADA reasonable accommodation

Rise Above Recovery is committed to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We provide reasonable accommodations for applicants, residents, and program participants with disabilities upon request, absent undue hardship. How to raise a concern

Anyone who believes they have experienced discrimination in connection with our programs or housing may contact us directly (see below) or use our Grievance Policy process. Concerns are handled promptly and without retaliation.
